To preface this new policy I just want to say this is not something I take lightly nor ever want to make someone feel taken advantage of. This policy is to ensure bills are paid in the event of short-notice cancellations or no shows. I also want to mention that if there is a serious event, injury, sickness or tragic accident please do not hesitate to let me know. Circumstances like that are completely understandable and will be treated accordingly. Staring May 1st, 2025 I will be requiring a minimum 24 hour notice of cancellation. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be a 20% charge based on service cancelled. If you cancel or no-show within 3 hours prior to the appointment time you will be charged the full amount of said service. I take pride in my work attendance so please know if I cancel or reschedule there is a reason for it.
